You explicitly acknowledge and agree that ParentGuard AI is NOT a certified medical provider, health monitoring device, diagnostic utility, or emergency alert/response system.
The service is created exclusively for entertainment, cognitive stimulation, and companion purpose only. Any insights, reports, or data discussed or generated by the AI system are not intended to be, nor should they be treated as, professional medical advice or clinical diagnoses.
3. Subscription Terms & Billing
ParentGuard AI provides full features via two flexible auto-renewing subscription structures: • Monthly Tier: $29 per month • Annual Tier: $290 per year
You preserve the right to cancel your subscription at any moment through your customized account dashboard or by dispatching an inquiry to our support staff. Upon cancellation, your premium pipeline access will remain active continuously until the definitive expiration of your current active billing cycle. All electronic transactions are encrypted and processed securely by our global payment infrastructure partners.

ParentGuard AI and its subsidiaries aggregate insights solely for general wellness reference. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we hold absolutely no liability or responsibility for any lifestyle, operational, or health decisions executed by the user based on raw AI-generated suggestions or algorithmic projections.
